Quick Start Guide: Adding a New Service or Subrecipient Site

What: This guide outlines how to request that a service or subrecipient site be added to the Title X Family Planning Clinic Locator and database.

Who:  Grantees and PO users can add service or subrecipient sites to the database.

How:

  1. Log in to the system directly via your browser.
  2. Under “Manage” in the top navigation, click “Add New Service Site.”
  3. Complete the form, ensuring that you complete all required fields.
  4. Submit changes
    1. Grantees: Click “Send Service Site/Subrecipient to Project Officer” to submit changes to the PO for publishing.
    2. POs: Select “Publish to Site” to publish the record.
  5. Await confirmation that your changes are published. You’ll receive an email notification when the PO has published them.
    1. Remember, you can’t make additional changes to the record that you submitted until it is either approved or rejected by the PO.
    2. If your changes are rejected, expect to see a notification via email and the record listed under the Pending Actions list on your Dashboard. You will need to correct the record according to the note from the approver and resubmit.
